Hydraulic Oil 68
Hoseworx Hydraulic Oil 68 is formulated to meet all increasingly demanding hydraulic requirements, using paraffinic, high viscosity index mineral oil, augmented with performance additives including a zinc anti-wear treatment.

Hydraulic HVI 68 Oil
Hydraulic oil that provides special protection in systems running high density, temeratures and pressure – up to 28,000 kPa (4000 psi). Where other hydraulic oils may allow contaminants to plug filtration systems – leading the equipment failure, Hydraulic HVI 68 have excellent filterability even in the presence of moisture contamination.
The high aniline point of Hoseworx Hydraulic Fluids ensures good compatibility with synthetic rubbers, giving extended life to seals. The powerful anti-oxidation inhibitors reduce oxidation so that degradation is inhibited, thereby reducing corrosion related problems of shortened hydraulic life, erratic control valve operation, filter plugging, down time and so on.
Hoseworx Hydraulic Fluid have Multi-Metal compatibility with the ability to control wear and corrosion of copper and aluminium alloys used in high performance pumps. Corrosion inhibitors and metal passivators formulated in these fluids, in severe operating service, prevent corrosion of steels and the above more easily attacked metals. While formulated with a low zinc formula, it is NOT recommended for silver components used in Lucas PM pumps. For these products use the Zinc Free hydraulic oil (below).

Zinc Free Hydraulic Oil
A high quality mineral oil that is zinc free, ashless and anti-wear with a high viscosity index and low pour point. Formulated to perform under high hydraulic pressure systems, keeping the machinery componants lubricated, sealed and cooled under increasing temperature, turbulance and pressure.
Zinc Free hydraulic oil uses paraffinic, high viscosity index mineral oil, augmented with performance additives including a special ashless multifunctional oxidation, rust and wear inhibiting additive package.
