Pressure and Vacuum Testing (to any standard/specification)

Hydrostatic, pneaumatic, vacuum testing can be conducted either on site or at our premises in Guildford. Testing can be conducted to any standard or specification including NATA certified. All tests are conducted in accordance with the appropriate Australian standard and every item tested is supplied with a identification number and certificate in accordance with our QMS

Oxygen Cleaning and Degreasing

Solvent vapour degreasing, aqueous cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning is conducted in our in house state of the art oxygen cleaning facility. Hoseworx can oxygen clean suitable components and certify cleaniness levels in accordance with our QMS. Our cleaning procedure is third party accredited and is approved by all major gas suppliers in Australia.

Welding, Fabrication and Machining

Hoseworx has the capability to provide fabrication and welding services for any industry wether its pipe, food grade welding or CNC machining, Hoseworx can fabricate, machine and weld to any standard or code. All Hoseworx staff are trade qualified and insured to take on any project.  

Mechanical Services/Installations

Process pipe installations for any industry from Welding and medical gas to petroleum and oil, Hoseworx has the knowledge and experience to manage any project and provide a turn key solution.

Drafting / CAD Drawing

Designing and drawing of hose assemblies, fittings and installation environments for record and certification or for planning and construction, Hoseworx has the latest technology and staff to meet your needs.
